ACCOMMODATION
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 offers 6 berths in three cabins. A large owner’s double cabin forward and two double cabins aft that will convert into a large double if required. All cabin doors have magnetic door stays in chrome.
The forward double cabin has a large double berth with three opening deck hatches, plenty of storage under the berth and numerous lockers along both hull sides as well as deep hanging lockers. Ensuite heads with shower, single wash basin with hot & cold water and heads with holding tank. Luxury Nauteriors bedding to all cabins.
The saloon has a U shaped settee berth to starboard with a large saloon table with lots of storage beneath the settee seats and in lockers behind. It has two stools with storage within and fittings to cabin sole for use when at sea. To port is an additional settee with storage beneath and lockers behind. The large navigation area with dedicated chart table is to port. In and around the navigation area are lots of lockers for storage and display area for instrumentation. A radio/CD player with cockpit speakers and TV/DVD Player with masthead aerial and multi media player are available in the saloon. Chrome clock & barometer and electronic strobe alarm system.
The L shaped galley is to starboard and has a 12V top and front open fridge, with a separate coolbox that has been upgraded to run as an additional 12V fridge or freezer. Both units fitted with a keelcooler. The galley has two stainless steel sinks with covers with hot & cold water, water filtration system and pumped sea water tap. 4 burner Eno cooker with oven, grill and electronic ignition. crockery and cutlery are included. The saloon has a real warm feel to it with the cream upholstery which is enhanced by the Webasto 5000 BTU diesel cabin heating with thermo ducting which feeds all of the cabins, saloon and heads on cooler nights. In addition, a total of 6, 12v Hella ventilation fans have been fitted for those warmer nights.
There is a second heads aft of the navigation station which has a sink, lots of storage space, shower and heads with holding tank. There are two large double cabins aft both with lots of storage space and hanging lockers. The dividing bulkhead between these two cabins can be removed and stored under the cushions to make a very large double aft cabin.
The cockpit on the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 is extremely spacious again with lots of space to entertain, with a bimini and cockpit cushions. There is also lost of storage space and easy access to the stern with twin wheels and lockable opening rear transom access doors and technical locker for access to generator
SPARS & SAILS
Masthead rigged cutter. Deck stepped aluminium mast and boom with In-Mast mainsail, furling genoa and furling staysail. Stainless steel standing rigging replaced in 2016 and Dyneema and Terylene running rigging. Emergency Inner forestay Telescopic whisper pole. Bowsprit pole. Walder boom brake. Spinnaker halyard and signal flag halyards. All lines lead aft to the cockpit.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Located under the companionway steps is a Yanmar 75HP turbo-charged 16 valve diesel engine freshwater cooled. Balanced shaft drive to a 3 blade Gori folding prop with rope cutter. Single lever controls with electric start. Racor 2 micron fuel filter. 1 x large plastic fuel tank. The vessel will cruise at 7 knots and has a maximum speed of 9 knots. 7HP through tunnel bowthruster. Re built Schenker 30-35 litres per hour watermaker Paguro P4 diesel generator with new water pump 2016. Generator overhauled in 2018 with new re wound stator, piston, rings etc. Time constraints leaving the Caribbean to head to the Pacific have left starting issue un-resolved
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
6 x 6V Trojan T105 house batteries, plus 2 x 110AH Bowthruster Battery and 1 x 120AH Engine start battery charging from alternator, Sterling Pro Digital Alternator Regulator, 80W solar panel on coach roof and 100W panel on custom bimini mounting Duogen wind generator with upgraded carbon fibre shaft, DC Monitor connected to all batteries. BMP battery monitor for starter and bow thruster banks. Additional Victron BMV 700 for house bank. Sterling 2KW inverter. Galvanic isolator.
